The staff at Moorpark Vet is proud of our place in the neighborhood, and firmly believe in giving back to the community. From our quarterly events to our annual holiday traditions, we strive to be more than just your local veterinary office.

  • We host quarterly events for our clients, from lectures to holiday parties

  • We do an annual sponsorship package with Ventura County Animals Services
  • We host Flory Elementary School for Career Day with instruction on careers in veterinary medicine
  • Dr. Barrett participates in Kiwanis, which helps support children of the community
  • We offer tours to the Girl Scouts of America and help with their Career Day
  • We lecture at Cal Lutheran’s Pre-Veterinary Club
  • We participate in the Kong Program; every time you buy one, we donate one to an animal in need
