Sunday, October 12 2014 National Veterinary Technician Week is October 12th-19th. We are so thrilled to have three outstanding Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT) on our staff. RVTs are highly skilled at anesthesia induction and monitoring, radiology, pharmacology, dental procedures, and so much more. Our RVTs are a big reason we are able to offer pets such high quality care. Thank you Tom, Libby, and Suzanne! It generally takes 2-3 years to complete schooling to become an RVT. Once schooling is complete, a state and national board examination must be passed. The nearest Veterinary Technician program is at Pierce College. Click here for more information.
